- 100 pcs per pull design, 500 pcs per slider finish if the slider itself is engraved or enamel-filled, and 1,000 pcs for a fully custom slider tool. Metal pulls include the die fee.
- What is the lead time for branded zipper sliders?
- Pull-only runs ship in 5–7 working days; engraved or enamel-filled sliders take 8–10; a custom slider tool adds 10–12 days for the first sample. Air freight is 3–5 days to most garment hubs.
- Can you match my pull finish to the zipper tape and chain colour?
- Yes — send the tape Pantone TCX or an actual zipper sample and we match the pull plating and enamel to it, then confirm on a physical combo sample sewn onto your chain before bulk, which also verifies slider throat fit.
- Can the slider carry my logo, or only the pull tab?
- The slider top face is only 6–8 mm on #5, so a logo there must be laser-engraved at 0.6 mm depth in one pl tone — legible but small — and moulded enamel needs #8 or #10 body sizes. If the mark must be readable at arm’s length, put it on the pull tab and keep the slider plain, since branding on the slider also raises the tool minimum to 1,000 pcs.
- Which zipper hardware survives salt water and repeated laundering?
- For swimwear, use #5 plastic-moulded teeth with nickel-plated brass sliders and a PU pull — metal teeth corrode, and nylon coil absorbs water and swells. For marine or outdoor bags, specify 316 stainless or black-e-coated sliders with a silicone pull; plain brass with antique plating pits within 48 hours of salt-spray testing. In garment washing, welded PVC pulls hold colour far better than enamel at 60 °C.
