Common Questions
FAQ
- What is the MOQ for printed packaging tape?
- 100 rolls per design (roughly 10,000–20,000 m depending on roll length). Two colourways of the same logo count as separate runs.
- How fast is production?
- Artwork layout in 24 h, bulk in 7–10 working days for kraft (ink curing) and 7–9 working days for OPP.
- What files do I need to supply?
- Just an AI/PDF vector logo — we lay the repeat spacing and send a box-seal simulation for approval, so no dieline work is needed on your side.
- Water-activated kraft or OPP tape — which is better?
- Kraft bonds into recycled carton fibre, shows tampering by tearing with the box and reads eco; OPP is faster on hand dispensers, cheaper per metre and better in humidity. E-commerce brands pick kraft for brand story, 3PL warehouses pick OPP for speed.
- How should tape be stored, and how long does it last?
- Store below 30 °C out of sunlight. OPP holds performance for 12 months; water-activated kraft holds 24 months if kept in its original wrap — dried-out kraft loses activation and will not bond.
