Custom Brand Accessories for Your Label
Prime Label Lab is a custom-branding production lab. Explore woven and printed labels, hang tags, patches, rubber and metal hardware, and the packaging that carries them, so you can find a suitable direction for your project.
Whether you are developing a new collection or updating existing product labels, one team reads your artwork, one factory network builds it, and one quality standard signs it off.
- Woven, printed, embossed and moulded branding options
- Artwork reviewed before a machine starts
- Consolidated purchasing across four product groups
We Read Your Artwork Before a Machine Starts
A logo that looks clean on screen can be impossible at 20 mm. Our first review sets thread count against your smallest letter, colour separation against the weave structure, and hardware weight against the garment it lands on. Findings come back as notes on a marked-up file, and only buildable artwork moves to production.
That review is where most of the rework disappears. A colour that cannot be woven, a serif that closes up at label scale, or a mould that cannot hold a hairline detail are all corrected on screen, at no charge, before you commit a purchase order.

AQL 2.5 Is a Sampling Plan, Not a Promise
Every shipment is inspected against AQL 2.5: sample size drawn from the lot, critical and major defects counted separately, and the report filed with the order. Rejects are reworked at our cost before the carton is sealed.
The corrected sample is then kept as the physical reference for the next run of the same artwork, so a reorder in month ten is measured against the same standard as the first order in week one.
Four Pillars, One Specification
Everything we quote is assembled from four category groups — apparel and fabric labels, promotional gifts and items, patches, shoes and hats. Each group is specified against the same artwork file, the same colour standard and the same delivery date.
Because the groups share one technical package, a brand can revise a lock-up once and have it propagate across woven labels, hang tags, metal hardware and packaging, instead of re-briefing four separate suppliers.
One Purchase Order, One Delivery Appointment
Trims across four categories arrive on one date in one shipment, with one packing list and one invoice, so your production calendar protects a single dependency instead of four.
Consolidation also shortens the paperwork side of importing: one set of compliance documents per shipment, one tracking reference for your forwarder, and one contact who answers for the whole bundle.
