Design & Materials
Customization & Materials
The first decision is what the graphic lands on — textile, curved hard goods, or a surface that must prove tampering.
01 / Textile Transfers
DTF, Silicone & Flock
DTF carries full-colour artwork with a white underbase, silicone paste builds raised 3D relief, and flock or glow layers add texture and effect.
02 / Hard-surface Labels
Crystal Stickers & Vinyl
UV DTF varnished stickers bond to bottles, cases and packaging; die-cut vinyl covers vehicle, retail and outdoor use.
03 / Adhesive & Carrier
Surface-matched Grades
Adhesive strength, carrier film and peel timing are set against surface energy, texture and whether the item is washed or merely handled.
04 / Effects & Security
Reflective, Glow & Hologram
Micro-prismatic reflective film, phosphorescent pigment, laser holographic foil, serial numbering and void patterns.
Applications
Applications for Transfers & Speciality Stickers
Transfers and speciality stickers replace printing where the item is already made or cannot be printed on.
Apparel & Team Kit
Full-colour graphics, numbering and sponsor logos on cotton, blends and polyester sportswear.
Bottles, Drinkware & Cosmetics
Curved-surface crystal branding on tumblers, jars, tubes and retail gift packaging.
Hi-Vis & Outdoor Gear
Reflective identification on workwear, running apparel, bags and accessories used in low light.
Retail & Brand Protection
Die-cut promotional decals and serialised holographic seals for warranty and tamper evidence.
Quality
Quality & Compliance
Transfers fail at the bond, not at the print, so we test adhesion against your actual fabric or surface rather than a flat card.
01 / Adhesion
Bond & Edge Lift
Confirm cross-cut adhesion on hard goods and edge lift resistance on textiles after laundering cycles.
02 / Durability
Wash, Stretch & Abrasion
Review wash fastness, elastic recovery on stretch fabric and abrasion against everyday handling.
03 / Appearance
Detail & Colour Match
Check fine-line legibility, halftone smoothness, varnish dome consistency and Pantone accuracy.
04 / Performance
Effect & Read Verification
Measure reflective brightness, glow duration, and barcode or NFC read rate under real conditions.
Relevant Standards & Compliance
We can help source relevant certifications and compliance documents for transfers and speciality labels, depending on your requirements.

Common Questions
FAQ
- What is the minimum order for transfers and stickers?
- DTF transfers start at 100 pcs because there are no screens or dies to pay for, and the same applies to UV DTF crystal stickers and contour-cut vinyl. Silicone 3D transfers and holographic security labels carry a one-off tooling or mould charge, so they only become economical from about 500–1,000 pcs.
- Do I order transfers by piece or by roll?
- Both. Ready-to-press pieces suit manual press stations and small runs, while roll or sheet format suits automatic lines and hand application at the packing bench. Specify core diameter, unwind direction and spacing when you run an applicator, otherwise the roll will not feed.
- Can one artwork file cover every transfer type?
- Yes for vector artwork, but each process needs its own set-up. DTF requires the file at final size with a transparent background and separated spot colours for accuracy; reflective work needs a single-cut contour line so the film can be trimmed; holographic labels need a minimum line width because embossed foil loses fine detail. We pre-flight the file once and flag which format needs adjustment.
- Which transfer should I choose for stretch garments?
- DTF handles four-way stretch and gives full colour with a soft hand, but it sits as a film on the fabric, so very large panels feel heavier than the garment. Silicone transfers stay more elastic and add raised texture but are limited to spot colours. Screen printing costs less above 500 pcs of the same design and breathes better on light jersey. If the logo must not feel like an application at all, switch to a woven or printed label, or a tagless neck print instead of a chest graphic.
- Why do transfers lift, crack or fall off after washing?
- Three common causes. Press parameters — time, temperature and pressure — that do not match the fabric, so the adhesive never fully melts. Water-repellent, silicone-softened or recycled fibre finishes that block bonding, which is why we insist on a test press on your actual garment, not a swatch card. Or a stretch graphic pressed with the wrong powder grade that snaps at the edges when the fabric extends. For hard goods, the equivalent failure is applying a sticker below its minimum surface temperature, or onto a curved surface the adhesive cannot wet out.
