- What is the MOQ for silicone 3D transfers?
- 100 pcs per design. The one-time mould fee covers unlimited re-orders, and repeat runs of 300+ pcs skip re-tooling refresh entirely.
- How fast is tooling, sampling and bulk?
- 3D dimension drawing in 48 h, mould plus sample in 5–7 working days, bulk in 7–10 working days after sample sign-off.
- Which files do you need for tooling?
- AI/PDF vector at 1:1 with height callouts (e.g. 1.5 mm dome, 0.8 mm floor). We return a 3D section drawing for your approval before cutting the mould.
- Silicone vs rubber (PVC) vs embroidered patches — what is the real difference?
- Silicone is skin-safe and odourless and survives 60 °C washes that warp PVC; embroidery cannot hold sharp relief on 4-way stretch. Silicone sits between embroidery and metal badges on cost, with a one-time mould fee and cleaner edges than sew-on alternatives.
- Will the edges lift on stretch fabrics?
- Only when the adhesive edge is under-pressed. Our spec adds a 2 mm flat adhesive border plus a 5 s edge-seal press, tested to 50 washes on 4-way-stretch lycra with zero corner lift.
